Workbook: Harvesting & storing seed

Tomato seeds are fully mature and ready for harvesting once the tomatoes are ripe. Allow the fruits to ripen on the plant if possible, or alternatively bring them indoors and ripen them in a box or drawer with ripe apples or bananas.
